1.  Recreate the dialer.

2.  Make sure that RASPHONE.PBK is located in system32\RAS\.  If so, rename the file and run RASPHONE.EXE.  If not, then run RASPHONE.EXE.

3.  Uninstall and reinstall DUN/RAS.
