Error 631
1. Make sure the user is dialing the
correct number. Do they need to dial the area code, or a dial
prefix? Are they disabling call waiting but do not have call waiting?
2. Most likely they just disconnected
themselves. Tell them not to cancel the dialing? Reboot the machine.
