Error 731
1. Make sure network and dialer settings
are correct.
2. Uninstall and reinstall dialer, network, and DUN.
3. Check for modem driver updates and
try modem inits.
AT&F&C1&D2 as a generic 56k init and ATZ as a non-56k generic init.
