1.  Reboot. In the connection properties check the Enable Internet connection sharing box under the Internet connection sharing tab, make sure to select a LAN connection from the list.

2.  Remove Internet Connection Sharing (it is mostly unsupported, if removing it fixes it, it is up to the user or network admin to figure it out).
