There is No Dialtone.  Make Sure Your Modem is Connected to the Phone Line Properly.

1. Make sure that the modem is installed and the phone line is running to the modem correctly.

2.  Is the dialer pointing to the correct modem?

3.  Do they have any fax software running?

4.  Is RNAAPP running while everything is closed?  Try the fixes on the RNAAPP! page.
