Obtain IP Address Automatically.

1.  Check the properties of the dialer under TCP/IP Settings.  Make sure that it is set to "Server Assigned IP Address".

2.  Check the properties of the Network Control Panel's TCP/IP Dial-Up Adapter.  Make sure that it is set to "Obtain an IP Address Automatically."

3.  Uninstall and reinstall dialer and network settings.
