This page was created to help users find a fix to the Norton Antivirus issue caused by a Dec 6th, 2004 update
that left users unable to receive mail. In Outlook Express this is Error 0x800ccc0F.
You can find the fix from Symantec by clicking on the first yellow plus sign which states
"Download an updated version of a Symantec shared file", which can be found on the page:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/docid/2004120916505213
Once this plus sign becomes a minus sign you will find instructions under it.
