7108 - An action requiring a connection was requested when there was no connection.

1.  Check to make sure PPP is set to autodial.  If it is not that is most likely the issue.

2.  If you think that it is not autodialing, but is set to autodial, you may wish to restart the computer, and check to make sure no other applications are using the modem.  (ie. fax software, appletalk, etc..)

3.  This message could also come up after a failed connection.  Check into other possible issues like modem issues, wrong number, etc..
